運営者
Catspaw Tutor は、芝浦工業大学 計算社会科学研究室（CSS Lab）が、担当する授業のために運営する学習支援アプリです。
利用目的
収集したデータは、授業での学習支援、成績評価、および授業改善のための分析にのみ使用します。広告や営業目的には使用しません。
収集するデータ
Googleアカウントのメールアドレスと氏名、学籍番号、履修クラス、アンケート回答、AIとのチャット、ノート・ハイライト・リンク、評価点とフィードバック、時刻を含むクリック・操作履歴、評価ボタンによるご意見を収集します。
Googleアカウントでのログイン
ログインには Google のサインイン機能を使用し、取得するのはメールアドレス・氏名・プロフィール画像などの基本情報だけです。パスワードは取得せず、Googleアカウント内のメール・ドライブ・カレンダー等にはアクセスしません。本アプリがあなたの名前で何かを投稿・送信することもありません。
AIによる処理
チャットの文章と説明文は、返答と評価のために Google Cloud の Gemini モデル（有料API）に送信されます。Google は有料APIに送信された内容をモデルの学習に使用しないと公表しています。送信される内容に氏名やメールアドレスは含まれません。
保存場所と安全管理
データは Google Cloud の東京リージョンに保存し、保存時は暗号化されます。アクセスできるのは担当教員のみで、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。毎日のバックアップを取得しています。
保存期間
データは授業終了後も授業改善のための分析に保管します。研究や報告で用いる場合は、個人が特定できない形に加工し、個人が特定できる形で外部に公開することはありません。
Cookie・ブラウザへの保存
ログイン状態を保つための Google サインインの情報と、表示言語・配色・画面レイアウトなどの設定のみをブラウザに保存します。広告用やアクセス解析用の外部トラッカーは使用していません。
あなたの権利
ご自身のデータの閲覧、訂正、削除を希望する場合、または履修を取りやめてアプリから外れたい場合は、担当教員にご連絡ください。削除は記録を消去ではなく非表示にする方法で行い、依頼があればいつでも対応します。
教材について
本アプリの論文・音声・図解などの教材はすべて教育目的で作成されています。そこで述べられる主張や意見は元の論文の著者によるものであり、開発者（CSS Lab）の見解ではありません。教材・音声・画像・スクリーンショットを授業に関係のない第三者に共有しないでください。

Who operates this app
Catspaw Tutor is a learning-support app operated by the Computational Social Science Lab (CSS Lab), Shibaura Institute of Technology, for its courses.
Purpose
The data we collect is used only for course learning, grading, and analysis to improve the course. It is never used for advertising or marketing.
Data we collect
Your Google account email and name, student number, class enrolments, survey answers, AI chat logs, notes, highlights and links, evaluation scores and feedback, timestamped click and interaction logs, and thumbs feedback.
Signing in with Google
We use Google Sign-In and receive only basic profile information: email address, name and profile picture. We never see your password and do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. The app never posts or sends anything in your name.
AI processing
Your chat messages and explanations are sent to Google Cloud's Gemini models (a paid API) to produce replies and evaluations. Google states that content sent to its paid API is not used to train its models. Your name and email address are not included in what is sent.
Where data is kept and how it is protected
Data is stored on Google Cloud in the Tokyo region and encrypted at rest. Only the teacher can access it; it is never sold or passed to third parties. Daily backups are taken.
How long we keep it
Data is retained after the course for analysis to improve teaching. Any research or reporting uses de-identified data; nothing is ever published in a form that identifies you.
Cookies and browser storage
The browser stores only your Google sign-in session and your preferences (language, colour scheme, pane layout). We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Your rights
Contact your teacher to see, correct or delete your data, or to leave the app if you drop the course. Deletion hides records rather than erasing them from backups, and is done on request at any time.
About the materials
All materials in this app (papers, audio, whiteboard images) are produced for educational purposes only. The claims and opinions they express are those of the original papers' authors, not of the developers (CSS Lab). Please do not share any material, audio, images or screenshots with anyone outside the class.
