Catspaw Tutor — 論文を読み、自分の言葉で考える。
Catspaw Tutor は、芝浦工業大学 計算社会科学研究室（CSS Lab）が授業のために運営する学習支援アプリです。英語論文を日本語対訳で読み、AIチューターと対話しながら自分の言葉で説明を組み立て、その説明の評価を受けられます。
何ができるか
- 論文を英語・日本語の対訳で段落ごとに読み、ハイライトやメモを残す
- 読んでいて分からない点を、答えを教えないAIチューターに質問する（ソクラテス式）
- 各論文の「Why / How / So what」を自分の言葉で説明し、AIレビュアーと対話して磨き、評価を受ける
- 音声解説と図解で理解を補う
Google ログインについて
ログインには Google アカウントを使用します。受講者であることを確認するためだけに使い、取得するのはメールアドレス・氏名・プロフィール画像などの基本情報のみです。パスワードは取得せず、Gmail・ドライブ・カレンダーなど Google アカウント内のデータにはアクセスしません。本アプリがあなたの名前で何かを投稿・送信することもありません。

Catspaw Tutor — Read papers, think in your own words.
Catspaw Tutor is a learning-support app run by the Computational Social Science Lab (CSS Lab), Shibaura Institute of Technology, for its courses. Students read English research papers with a Japanese translation side by side, build their own explanation of each paper in dialogue with an AI tutor, and have that explanation evaluated.
What it does
- Read each paper paragraph by paragraph in English and Japanese, with highlights and notes
- Ask an AI tutor about anything unclear; it guides with questions and never gives the paper's answers away
- Explain each paper's Why / How / So what in your own words, refine it in dialogue with an AI reviewer, and get it evaluated
- Audio explanations and whiteboard images support understanding
About Google sign-in
The app uses Google sign-in only to identify you as a course member. It receives just your basic profile: e-mail address, name and profile picture. It never sees your password and does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other data in your Google account, and it never posts or sends anything in your name.
